1. Services

MVPix provides Photo Booth rental services for events, including setup, operation, and delivery of digital and/or printed photos depending on the package selected.

All services are subject to availability and confirmed only when payment/deposit is received.

2. Booking, Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable retainer/deposit (50%) is required to secure your event date.
• Remaining balances must be paid by the date stated on the invoice—typically before the event begins.
• Events are not officially reserved until the deposit is received.
• Sales tax may be applied as required by Arizona law.
• Deposits and payments can be paid via Venmo, Zelle or Stripe (ACH or Credit Card). If you pay via stripe up to 5% can be charged to you as a servicing fee.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable if less than 30 days prior to the event
• If the client cancels:
  • 30+ days before event: Payments beyond the deposit may be refunded.
  • Less than 30 days: No refund is issued.
• If MVPix cancels due to emergency circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their booking subject to availability. Original deposits may be transferred to the new date at MVPix’s discretion.

5. Event Requirements
Clients must provide:

• Adequate space for the Photo Booth setup
• Access to power/WiFi
• Safe environment free from hazards
• Parking/loading access
• If the environment is unsafe, MVPix reserves the right to stop service without refund

6. Photo Usage & Client Consent
By using our Photo Booth:

• Guests consent to having their photo taken 
• MVPix may use event photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
• Clients may request removal of previously used photos by contacting: MVPixAZ@gmail.com

7. Photo Delivery
Depending on the service package, photos may be delivered through:

• Digital gallery
• Text/email/QR code
• Delivery timelines vary but are typically immediate but up to 24 hours.

8. Equipment Damage
The client is responsible for any damage to MVPix equipment caused by guests, venue, or event conditions (excluding normal wear and tear). Costs for repairs or replacement may be charged and must be paid within 10 business days. All events require signed liability waiver which outlines the terms of the damage.

9. Limitation of Liability
MVPix will not be liable for:

• Technical issues (internet outages, power failure, lighting, venue restrictions)
• Loss of photos due to system failure, unless caused by negligence
• Personal injury or property damage at the event
• Our maximum liability will never exceed the amount paid for the event.

10. Governing Law
